Page 6 - 1999_The Pied Pipers of Jesmond
P. 6
A theme was set, the sixties era
And as the day itself came nearer
The magic of the Pipers’ charm
Spread far and wide amongst the mass,
Groovy baby, what a gas.
The night before the magic day
A dance for all to say hooray
They came all clad in sixties clothes
Bought, begged or borrowed from parent folk.
And one I Grant
, did look quite strange,
I’m sure with hair that had the mange.
Another there with hair quite real
Whose buttocks he did reveal
told (lz)
I’ve (S) you now don’t turn your back,
No one wants to see your crack.
Another Brown-eyed beauty
His head devoid of hair
Dressed himself in pink chiffon
Oh what a lovely pair,
Of sneakers he did wear.
