P. 13
One by one they left their chairs
And teary eyed they climbed the stairs,
To claim the honour that was theirs
On this prestigious day.
And then amidst tumultuous cheers
They walked the walk of previous Years,
Out they went, Horizons Widened,
Heads held high, proud and fine,
The Graduands of Ninety Nine.
The Pipers with their magic charm
Look into their crystal ball,
And ten years hence they see a place,
Filled with many a familiar face,
Of folk who’ve come from near and far,
To meet again and share the lure
Of that wondrous Magical Mystery Tour.
And so our tale comes to its end,
The girls and boys now women and men,
Our job complete, no more to tell,
Year Twelve we bid a fond Farewell.
